Let's get down there in July. I'd be safe running next to a fine healthy sportsman such as yourself, Matthew, who has taken seriously John Maxwell's excellent advice to get physically fit before they were 40.
Fellow runners unfortunate enough to stumble in front of me, on the other hand, may well enter eternity wishing that the gringo on top of them had been more diligent in his application of that important leadership lesson.
If you're not quite up to the bull run, how about Spain's tomato throwing festival instead?
